 Dear Camp and Program Director,

The Foundation for Excellence in Yorktown Education invites you to participate in the Yorktown Camp Fair on Thursday January 30th, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00pm at Mildred E Strang Middle School. Your participation will provide you with the opportunity to meet with a very large number of families from Yorktown and Northern Westchester, who are looking to finalize their children’s summer plans. In addition to having the opportunity to meet face to face with prospective families, this event will benefit both the Yorktown Special Education PTA (SEPTA) and the Foundation for Excellence.

Each participating organization will be provided with a tabletop area, two chairs, and electricity (if required). You are encouraged to bring displays and promotional material for distribution, and provide a representative who is able to share experiences and information with families about your camp or program.

Choose the opportunity that works best for your organization:

  • $2000 Gold Sponsor – Prime table location selected prior to event, a full page space (8 ½ x 7 inches) in the Fair Journal, company name and logo on all signage hanging in Yorktown schools prior to event, and company name and logo on all promotional materials (both print and internet based).
  • $250 – Silver Sponsor – Table location selected prior to event, full page space (8 ½ x 7 inches) in the Fair Journal, company logo on all internet based promotional materials
  • $100 Bronze Sponsor – Table location selected night of the event, program information and logo listing in the Fair Journal
  • $45 Journal Sponsor – If you cannot attend, but wish to have program information and logo listing in the Fair Journal

A portion of these fees will go towards advertising, operating expenses while the rest will go to supporting The Foundation for Excellence in Yorktown Education and the Yorktown Special Education PTA (SEPTA). A comprehensive journal will be distributed to all families in attendance and will include your company logo, and contact information.
